Thailand Hazardous Substance Act

Thailand's core chemical management law, jointly administered by the Ministry of Industry and other relevant ministries. It implements notification, permitting, and manufacturing/import restrictions based on a classification system according to the degree of hazard of hazardous chemical substances.
