Thailand Enhancement and Conservation of National Environmental Quality Act (NEQA) – Air and Water Standards

This is the basic environmental law implemented in practice by the Pollution Control Department (PCD) under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. It sets factory effluent standards, air emission limit values, and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedures, and conducts regular inspections and permit management for business establishments.
